More than just a bangle..
Here at Salty Bangs we believe in the art of mindfulness. Whether you live by Love, Serenity or Gratitude - our Salty Bangles are meant for you. We have collaborated with meditation professionals to design a simple morning and evening meditation flow to ensure you get the most out of your day and of course, your beautiful bangles.

Morning Contemplation.

●     Have a glass of warm water

●     Sit comfortably with your Salty Bangles

●     Set a timer if you wish

●     Deeply inhale through your nose and count to 4

●     Exhale through your mouth

●     Repeat 3 to 4 times

●     Check in with your body

●     Ensure your jaw is unclenched and shoulders are relaxed

●     Stretch anything that feels tight or painful

●     Put on your Salty Bangles and set your intentions for the day

Evening Reflections.

●     Finish your night time chores and brush your teeth

●     Ensure you're in comfortable pyjamas and as you take off your Salty Bangles, think about what you’re thankful for in the present moment:

-  Did you have a good day?

-  Did you feel supported?

-  What made you smile today?

●     Write your thoughts down if you wish

●     Hop into bed, close your eyes and smile

●     Place one or both hands on your belly, whatever feels best for you

●     Deeply inhale through your nose and count to 4

●     Exhale through your mouth counting to 3

●     Repeat at least 3 times

●     Once you feel ready, keep your mind clear and sleep well!
